21: balanced pangram 3

another one! same deal as my previous balanced pangrams: exactly 4 of each vowel (AEIOU) and exactly 1 of each other letter.

thoughts (warning: spoilers)

this one came together very quickly. not sure if it was sheer luck or my fill strategy being better or a bit of both. i started with QUIVERY, OXIDIZE, and JUICEUP, which took care of all the trickiest letters. then i saw that BYEWEEK would be great for the remaining long word, so i sacrificed my S to turn QUIVERY into QUIVERS. then it was just a matter of filling in the corners. the remaining letters were very favorable, so it wasn't bad at all.

nothing too notable on the cluing side of things, but i was happy for the opportunity to put JUN Seba in a puzzle :)
