20: balanced pangram 2

new puzzle! it's a sequel to a previous puzzle i made, in which every vowel (AEIOU) appears exactly 4 times, and every other letter appears exactly once.

thoughts (warning: spoilers)

i really like making these. it's a fun challenge, and the limitations of the format give you some implicit leeway to use fun clues/answers that would be too obscure for a standard puzzle, like OOL.

constructing this was hard. as a mario kart wii enthusiast, i really wanted to get QUACKER in there, so the rest of the puzzle was built around that entry. it took several iterations and many frustrating dead ends before finding something that worked. even the final version of the puzzle was about to be declared dead in the final stages, until i realized i could make IFU work, despite it not being in the wordlist.
